Associates are Building Engineering Services Consultants. Building Engineering Services are all Mechanical and Electrical Services that are provided in Building, including Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Lighting and Power, Water and Gas, Steam Services, Compressed Air etc. We are primarily designers of systems for these various services and have carried out projects for schools, hospitals, old people's homes, hotels, shops, offices, factories etc. We work on both new and existing buildings and are often involved with Architects, Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors as part of a Project Team. Where existing buildings are concerned, we are often involved with conversions and refurbishments. We would be pleased to receive referrals from Architects, Facilities Managers, Estate Managers and people who are responsible for the development and maintenance of buildings.
